What is the SmartVendor App and who is it for? +
The SmartVendor App is a business productivity and compliance management application built exclusively for transportation vendors serving California Regional Centers and the Department of Developmental Services (DDS). It is developed and published by Smart Vendor Solutions, Inc., a California corporation based in Rocklin.
Is the SmartVendor App free to download? +
Yes, the app is free to download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Full access to all features requires a paid subscription. A free trial is available for new accounts. Subscription pricing is displayed in the app and on our website.
What devices and operating systems are supported? +
The SmartVendor App supports iPhone and iPad running iOS 15 or later, and Android smartphones and tablets running Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later. We recommend keeping your device operating system up to date for the best experience.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, cancel through your Apple ID account settings under "Subscriptions." If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel through the Google Play Store app under "Subscriptions." If you subscribed directly through our website, log in to your account settings and select "Cancel Subscription," or email support@svsi.com.
What data does the app collect and store? +
The app collects business account information, compliance records, driver files, and documents you upload to the Document Vault. It also collects limited device and usage data to improve app performance. Optional permissions (camera, location, calendar) are only activated when you use those specific features. How do I request deletion of my account and data? +
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing privacy@svsi.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email address. We process deletion requests within 30 days. See the Data Deletion section below for more options.
Is my data secure in the SmartVendor App? +
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS and encrypted at rest on our secure cloud servers. We implement access controls so only authorized personnel can access your data. We never sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
Which California Regional Centers does the app support? +
The SmartVendor App is designed to work with vendors across all 21 California Regional Centers, including Alta California, Central Valley, Eastern Los Angeles, Frank D. Lanterman, Golden Gate, Harbor, Inland, Kern, North Bay, North Los Angeles, Redwood Coast, San Andreas, San Diego, San Gabriel / Pomona Valley, South Central Los Angeles, Tri-Counties, Valley Mountain, Westside, and others.
Can I use the app for multiple drivers and vehicles? +
Yes. The SmartVendor App supports multiple driver profiles, vehicle records, and consumer transport schedules within a single account. The number of driver profiles available may depend on your subscription tier. Contact support for details on enterprise plans for larger fleets.
I found a bug or the app is not working correctly. What do I do? +

You have the right to request deletion of your SmartVendor account and all associated personal data at any time.

To delete your SmartVendor account and all associated data, send an email to privacy@svsi.com with:

  • Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  • The email address registered to your SmartVendor account
  • Your full name (to verify identity)
